Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Americans deserve fair and ethical assistance in determining how to manage their meager financial assets. Greed, unfortunately, is no stranger to some financial "experts" so that they can line their own pockets with the hard won savings of older Americans. When a major loophole is allowed it will be utilized to bilk those of us who need every extra dollar to survive. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
