Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, It is unbelieveable the financial advisors can under existing rules not disclose honestly what hidden costs there are and how they can profit from directing senior citizens like myself to invest in products that are not to our benefit but theirs. It is so difficult to read the prospectus which one needs to have a degree in economics or finance to understand . Most states have enforced making insurance policies understandable and readable to the average person. Why can't we have the same standards for the financial advisors world. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Mr. John Root
