Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, American citizens like me should not face any additional hardship as we get on with our lives. We need those funds when we retire, and we certainly don't need them depleted by any loophole that will allow financial advisers & institutions to take advantage of us. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
