Jun 22, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Older Americans find it hard to trust younger, successful individuals. Part of this is due to the history of seniors being conned out of their hard earned money in the past. We can only hope the SEC would help keep seniors safe. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
