Jun 22, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Prior to retirement I was fortunate to have had honest and reputable people to work with in my retirement planning. However not everyone has had that. It is appalling to find people as well as companies preying on those less fortunate. This is not an issue to be ignored or swept under the rug. It is an issue our government representatives need to seriously address for their constituents. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
