Jun 22, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I retired from the financial services industry and know first hand the main objective for a company is profit, without regard for the consumer. That's why regulations were put in place by the SEC and need to continue to monitor the practices of the agents/financial representatives to work in the most ethical way to protect the investments of all citizens, not just seniors. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
