Jun 22, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I was forced to retire early and that means my monthly pension is a fraction of what I would have received had I been able to receive my full pension. I do have a 401(K) that will add enough money monthly to improve my situation IF my portfolio is NOT subject to manipulation by the brokers. I have worked hard most of my life and feel what little I have invested should be treated conscientiously on my behalf and NOT to pad a broker's pocket. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
