Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

As a middle class, working, tax paying American citizen, I should not
have to worry that the financial adviser I trust with my retirement
savings is charging me hidden fees and giving me bad investment advice
in order for him/her to make more money. This type of reckless
behavior from persons licensed to help people with their investments
should have been made illegal a decade ago. Obviously nothing was
learned from the recession and problems caused by Wall Street then.
These people need to be made accountable and the Securities and
Exchange Commission needs to do that. We have worked and saved for our
retirement and its time for you to stand up for us, the taxpayers.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Janet Arsement
