Jun 22, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Over the years my husband and I have lost up to 30% of our hard earned savings to financial advisors who took advantage of sloppy laws and loopholes to line their own pockets with our retirement savings. People in the banking business and brokers make a good living. We can have laws that protect investors like myself and still make people giving financial advice a good living.
