You have the opportunity to put this industry on an honest footing and make such representatives put their customers first and not use this loophole to enrich themselves as a first reason to recommend an investment. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
