Jun 23, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Both young & old Americans deserve protection from predatory investment practices. I am constantly irked after reading financial prospectuses to discover the fees and risks not previously disclosed by the salesperson. It is difficult to select the best of bad investments when the Federal Government fails to offer some protection for the small investor. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
