Jun 23, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. It is truly sad that the only money left is a lot of us old investors who have made some & lost some. I would say I have saved more over 50 years then as it turns out my lifetime of stock investments yielded . Transparency in Wall Street does not need to be manipulated to make the stakes more uneven then the way the system has been operating for years. Please fight the opportunity to be more unscrupulous then the current laws aloud. Theres plenty of money to go around without taking further advatage of an already pretty unregulated market.
