Jun 23, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I worked for the government for 33 years and I worked very hard towards helping to fund my retirement. I retired as a GS-5 so my pension is not exorbitant and my Social Security is penalized 40% due to WEP. Consequently, I am counting on my financial advisor to have my best interest when helping to make sound financial decisions for me. There are enough scams and other thieves out there trying to cheat hard working older retirees; please keep Wall Street and financial advisors honest! I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
