Jun 23, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Sadly, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked very arduously hard for the American dream to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. I've already been burned over night losing thousands of dollars which somebody else got. Without SSI I be in a whale of hurt for retirement safety net. Wall Street has failed my family more than once. It hurts ! Never recoup what we lost which we could of continued to build on vs. market swings living on rumors and not facts . There is no way one can watch the markets every minute of the day. This "ism" known as Capitalism sadly has failed millions. Sad but yet quite true and win or lose the broker still comes out smiling like a used car salesman. Sincerely, Mr. Stephen Karnes
