Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security. In addition citizens that are
disabled are losing Medicaid benefits but aren't eligible for Medicare
yet. I also feel people who draw social security disability shouldn't
lose their Medicaid benefits based on the amount of their disability
income one be denied their backpay because ssd judges basing disability
date to the date they approve their decision. I personally lost about
$26,000 in back pay due to this, and know many others that this has
gone through this as well. I am asking that my senators and house reps
will do something to help all disabled seniors to receive much needed
medical insurance and fairness of lost back pay in ssd to the date the
case was filed and not the date that the award was approved.

Thank you, Joey Audas

Sincerely,

Mr. Joey Audas
