Retirement savings for most of us will be used to pay for basic needs. It is imperative that financial advisers be held accountable to advise retirees in a trustworthy manner so that all Americans can live with dignity and mutual respect. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
