Jun 28, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I have worked since I was 14 years old - like many other Americans. My wife and I have saved over the years and, at times, gone without things we wanted or sometimes needed in order to save for retirement. We put our funds for retirement in organizations that promote trust. Shouldn't they be held to that claim. Any loophole that allows for any funds to be "shaved" in-order to boot profits or do anything that is otherwise questionable should be against the law. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
