Jul 4, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Dear SEC, I am 62 and became self employed almost 6 years ago. Prior to self employment I never made more than necessary to pay bills. I can now save. I won't have time to save much and I never get a raise. Please help protect what I can save. I can only count on you. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
