Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

Dear Sir:
I have worked many years and 2 jobs most of those years to help support
my family while my husband was in the service protecting his country. I
paid money into my retirement savings so my husband and I could have
something to live on when he and I retired.

My husband did his duty to his Country for 20 years with a retirement
that NO ONE could live on. So without my retirements which you are
always trying to take away from me, we would not be able to live. Even
with this I am still having to work part-time to make ends meet.

We are one of the lucky few who are lucky to have an honest and
hardworking money manager. He has helped us to keep afloat. But we have
a friend who was not so fortunate. They lost a large portion of their
portfolio with a bad investment. Their broker took no responsibility
for his guidance. This is wrong! He should be responsible in some way
as he took payment to provide guidance. Brokers need to be held
accountable! If they are held responsible, then maybe they would not be
so irresponsible. Please help tp prevent this from happening to others.

Sincerely,

Ms. Sue Ann DiProfio
