The vast majority of Americans lack adequate knowledge about the true and complete costs, potential benefits, risks and alternatives for various investment options. Brokers, financial advisors, etc. often promote investment products that are not in the best interests nor optimal for their clients and potential clients. ALL brokers, financial advisors, etc. should be required to be FIDUCIARIES and obligated to always act in the best interests of their clients and potential clients.
