Subject: File No S7-07-18 for Regulation Best Interest, S7-08-18 for Form CRS/Titles comments, and S7-09-18 for the RIA Harmonization proposals

Dear SEC:

I am an investment advisor who provides hourly financial planning and investment advice. I am also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

As a CPA I know how important a title is. It is imperative that titles can only be used by those who practice what the title says and that there is NO confusion.

The confusion between brokers and advisors has been created and taken advantage of by the brokerage industry. If brokers wish to be advisors, they can be, IF they follow the advisor rules.

I respectfully ask that the Commission do its part for the consumer and restrict any title that implies an advisory relationship to registered investment advisors.

That is just common sense and it is frankly painful to see such obfuscation and debate on what is really fairly straightforward.

Thank you for your consideration!
Regards,
Margot
