The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine Bradford Securities, Ltd., which had its broker-dealer registration with the SEC terminated on August 29, 2003 and is defunct. The genuine Bradford Securities, Ltd. had the following mailing address: 410 Jericho Turnpike, Jericho, NY 11753-1384. The SEC's EDGAR database contains registration information for the genuine entity.
