The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine Global Capital Markets, LLC, which had the following mailing address: 538 Broadhollow Road, #315 E, Melville, NY 11747. The genuine entity had its registration with the SEC terminated on March 25, 2001 and is defunct.
