- Manhasset Capital Management Group is impersonating a formerly registered investment adviser firm with a similar name - Manhasset Capital Management, LLC (CRD Number: 138739; SEC Number: 801-65748), which had the following mailing address: 6 Pheasant Way, 20th Floor, Manalapan, NJ 07726. The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the former genuine Manhasset Capital Management, LLC. WebIARD (Investment Adviser Registration Depository [operated by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on behalf of the SEC and the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA)]) contains registration information for the genuine entity. The genuine Manhasset Capital Management, LLC had its registration with the SEC terminated on December 10, 2008 and is defunct.
