The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine Pacific American Securities, LLC. The SEC's EDGAR database contains registration information for the genuine broker-dealer entity. WEBCRD (Central Registration Depository [operated by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)]) and WebIARD (Investment Adviser Registration Depository [operated by FINRA on behalf of the SEC and the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA)]) also contain registration information for the genuine state-registered investment adviser firm, Pacific American Securities, LLC.
