(CRD Number: 37216; SEC Numbers: 8-47649 [for the broker-dealer]; 801-70715 [for the investment advisor]), which has the following mailing address: 45 East 53rd Street, New York, NY 10022-4604. The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine Santander Investment Securities Inc. The SEC's EDGAR database contains registration information for the genuine entity.
