As of Monday, September 30, 2019, all filers will be able to view the dates and times of all logins to their EDGAR account within the past 30 calendar days. Filers will be able to access their account login history by selecting the “Login History” link on either the EDGAR Filing Website or the Online Forms Management Website.

The addition of this information will make it easier for filers to monitor and verify login activity in their EDGAR account.
