On August 26, 2019, EDGAR Release 19.2.2 will introduce the following changes:

• Submission form types 3, 3/A, 4, 4/A, 5, and 5/A will be updated with a new print solution to replace the current PDF generation print functionality. This new functionality will allow filers to print fully completed Ownership Forms in an HTML format.
• The length of 12b and 12g Security Titles will be updated to be 150 characters as defined in the DEI-2019 taxonomy.
