SEC staff will host a telephone call during February 2024 for EDGAR Filing Fee Beta participants to provide feedback about their experiences testing in the EDGAR Filing Fee Beta. To be included in the call and to submit questions, participants should email FilingFeeBetaFeedback@sec.gov no later than February 14, 2024. SEC staff will thereafter provide those participants the date and time of the call and dial-in information.

The EDGAR Filing Fee Beta was available to filers with a valid EDGAR CIK from October 4 to December 22, 2023, and included EDGAR changes related to the technical and structured data aspects of the Filing Fee Disclosure and Payment Methods Modernization rule.

Filers are reminded that the voluntary compliance period for the Filing Fee Modernization rule will begin January 31, 2024. At that time, filers will be able to submit fee bearing filings to EDGAR with either structured fee exhibits or unstructured fee exhibits—until mandatory compliance begins.

Mandatory compliance with structuring requirements for large accelerated filers begins July 31, 2024. Mandatory compliance with structuring requirements for all other filers begins July 31, 2025.
