An order has been issued granting the application of the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. to strike from listing and registration the common stock, no par value, and 6.5% senior secured convertible notes (due June 1, 2009) of Silicon Graphics, Inc., effective at the opening of business on January 13, 2006.
