An order has been issued granting the application of Pioneer Kabushiki Kaisha (English translation, Pioneer Corporation) to withdraw its common stock (each represented by one American Depositary Share), from listing and registration on the New York Stock Exchange, Inc., effective at the opening of business on January 23, 2006.
