A notice has been issued giving interested persons until March 14, 2006 to comment on the application of MDU Resources Group, Inc. to withdraw its common stock, $1.00 par value, and preference share purchase rights appurtenant thereto, from listing and registration on the Pacific Exchange, Inc.
