Subject: Shareholder control

Let's give the owners of a corporation some ownership which is usually evidenced by being able to control the shots. Usually the alternative is fascism or government control but in this case it seems to be insider control which is good except the insider is limited to hired guns of the owners who may have dreams of firing those guns.
