In compliance with the Financial Data Transparency Act of 2022 (FDTA), the Commission staff issued its first semi-annual report on the public and internal use of machine-readable data for corporate disclosures. The report identifies the corporate disclosures expressed as machine-readable data, provides a summary of enforcement actions resulting from the use of the machine-readable data, and analyzes the Commission staff's internal use and the public's use of the machine-readable data.
