Hand Delivery and Pickup Directions

All persons making pickups or deliveries, including filer hand deliveries and courier mail, should go to the Commission's mailroom or loading dock, which are located in the rear of the building.

The mailroom entrance has a long pedestrian/wheelchair ramp leading to a single gray door. Push the intercom button to gain entry. The SEC loading dock is next to the Mailroom Courier/Filings Delivery Only sign.

Hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Check in with the Courier Room Attendant or the Security Guard.

Access is via H Street between 3rd and North Capitol Streets, NE.

Directions to the SEC Loading Dock

From the main entry of SEC Headquarters (100 F Street)

• Proceed East on F Street to 2nd Street
• Turn right onto 2nd Street.
• Turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue which briefly becomes Columbus Circle in front of Union Station then returns to Massachusetts Avenue.
• Proceed on Massachusetts Avenue, then turn right onto North Capital Street.
• Take the third right onto H Street. On the bridge, get into the right hand turn lane.
• Turn right before the Kaiser Permanente sign on the top of the building at the Do Not Enter Authorized Vehicles Only sign.
• Stay to the right and proceed down the ramp to the inspection station.

From H Street from the East

• Pass 3rd Street and proceed to North Capital Street to make a U-turn (since a left hand turn cannot be made across the median).
• Proceed back on H Street. On the bridge, get into the right hand turn lane.
• Turn right before the Kaiser Permanente sign on the top of the building at the Do Not Enter Authorized Vehicles Only sign.
• Stay to the right and proceed down the ramp to the inspection station.

From H Street from the West

• On the bridge, get into the right hand turn lane.
• Turn right before the Kaiser Permanente sign on the top of the building at the Do Not Enter Authorized Vehicles Only sign.
• Stay to the right and proceed down the ramp to the inspection station.
